"Unethical!!!!!!! I was a new patient and told upon scheduling my initial appointment that my blue cross blue shield plan was accepted at this practice. Two months later I received a billing where insurance coverage was denied for out of network reason. To add insult to injury the labcorp billing arrived also for the same reason from the office visit. Why was I not told upon arrival for my office visit ..."

"The worst communication I've experienced. Getting someone, anyone to answer the phone is a long shot. IF, by chance, you are able to reach someone, they put you on hold so long that your call is automatically sent to the general mailbox to leave a message or you are disconnected.
