"Have been a patient for 20 years always paid my bill. Chipped my tooth went in for care and they said they are so busy you will need a picture of the chipped tooth with your phone. I asked how do you get a phone in your mouth to take a picture? They then refused care, so I left the practice. Its not wonder they can’t get help. Staff are rude and disrespectful.
