"I had an awful experience with Rittenhouse Dentists. I paid thousands of dollars for Invisalign, yet was never told I’d need to wear a retainer after treatment. Months later, my teeth had shifted badly — completely undoing the results. I contacted them multiple times for help and to order a retainer, but they ignored every call and message. "I had a crown put in earlier this year by Dr Abdullah (owner). The crown came out 4 months later. When I went back to have the crown replaced, I was told that it would cost me an additional $1,200. I made it clear that I wasn't going to pay again for a crown that clearly wasn't fit correctly the first time.
