"I got partial dentures done and the final product is terrible, they don't look even remotely close to the image that I was shown. Im more embarrassed to smile now than I was before I had them done. "Rias done my daughters braces which came to about $3500. A monthly payment of $100 dollars which was nice. When it was time for her braces to be tighten up they app was month til two months apart. Which was so irritating if someone was to cancel they don’t have common courtesy to call u. I feel like they should since your waiting for months at a time to get braces tighten up. "I got my braces at this location which I truly regret getting them here. The appts to adjust your bands are so far apart. Literally like every 8 weeks which is unbelievable. They just care about getting more patients instead of actually taking care of their patients. Quite annoying other dentists are every 4 weeks except this one. Personally would not recommend to get braces at risas."

The dental assistants do most of everything and they are unprofessional rude and seem to rush througheverything. And I asked them why too long and they said the have no way to find a spot for my daughter since they are booked!! "My experience has been good. One of my appointments was cancelled at the last minute. Then rescheduled. Dr Smith was very apologetic. Explained what happened. He's very gentle and seems very knowledgeable about his work. He has excellent customer service skills. The staff is very friendly. Good customer service. The facility is kept very clean. "After calling 4 times and wait 15 each time for a rep to pick up just for a rep to hang up on me. I hear them pick up the phone not say anything leave my number for them and say if you can hear me please hang up and call me back. Not one call back. Ridiculous!"
