"This business does not speak patients they are not patient friendly and the orthodontist does not have no regard for how she treats her patient i had the worst experience with her yesterday she made me feel like crap due to my financial situation she gets all offensive if u rate her low due to her attitude its a freedom of speech and my experience"

"I arrived at my scheduled time, for a simple evaluation and cleaning, and wasnt out of there until 1 hour and 40 minutes later. I was the only person in the lobby, so its not like they were unexpectedly busy either."

"I expected a full cleaning and scraping of tarter since I hadn't had teeth cleaned in about a year. All they did was polish and floss my teeth, and told me that the X-rays didn't show any plaque, which I can't imagine. Now I'm gonna have to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere to get a thorough cleaning. Definitely will not be back."

"Arrived early for a scheduled exam and cleaning. Very cordial receptionist greeted me and provided a chilled bottle of water. A staff member called me back for x-rays before my appointment time and had me in an exam room right after. Dr. Otteson, the Hygienist and the Dental Techs provided prompt, professional and personal attention throughout my visit. The "icing on the cake" was the amazingly ..."

"I was helped immediately when I walked in, which was nice. Once I got back to the examination room I ended up waiting for hours. It ended up taking 2.5 hours just for a cleaning. The staff was great but that wait time is enough for me to go elsewhere next time."
