"This is my first time at RGU. I was expecting the large waiting room full of patients run thru like a conveyor belt in a factory, having to wait hours for your name to be called after checking in. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was wrong. I was advised as a new patient to arrive early to fill out the paperwork, which I did. My appt was for 930am. I arrived at 9am.
