"We went here for years and then switched to non state insurance. Upon doing that we found out our kids were being treated medically and not vision for a issue we were never told about and not even sure they have (now getting second opinion). further more they had been billing our insurance for YEARS for tests that weren't being preformed for a condition that wasn't discussed with us of our minor children. ..."
