"I don't believe they will even show a bad review.I know they won't reach out to even find out why someone who has been with this practice for over 30 years has decided to leave .It used to be the top-notch best practice anywhere in the Rochester area. Not anymore . since DR D left I've just watch this practice to go down the hill.I think someone should take notice."

"Hands down the worst practice in Rochester. The office staff is rude and you will never get a phone call back. I was told Dr Shedd dosent fill prescriptions in a timely manner by her own office manager and now my mom with advanced stages of dementia cannot get her meds. Every month we go through this. JUST STAY AWAY ."

"When Dr DiPoala was with the practice, I would give 5 stars. My family has been with the practice for over 20 years and the staff who is there now doesn’t care. We moved out of state and go back to Rochester often. I asked if we could stay with the practice for the times we are in town, I was told no. They mix up refills, don’t call back and quite honestly, I am very disappointed in their lack of ..."
