"This organization will send you to collections without ever having sent you a bill. The debt collector will not tell you who you owe and for what. He tries to get your social security number. The medical associates person will only tell you to contact Medicare."

"We received a billing for mammogram services with no adjustment or record of Medicare or Blue Shield of California Plan G insurance that was presented at the time of procedure. The billing Department is very difficult to contact and non-responsive. Would not recommend using health care providers of RMA."
