"I would have left Zero Stars but the system wants you to leave one star at least. Avoid business with them, they are not focused on health concerns and patient care, and they do not respond or answer phone or text. Please do yourself and your health a favor and go to another provider at all cost!"

"I was contacted and told it was time for my ROUTINE colonoscopy which is covered by my insurance. After having the procedure done, I was billed over $800 because now they say that it wasn’t routine. I will never go there again"

"I was having severe GERD and called to get an appointment. I left a message for a call back and never heard from anyone. After almost two weeks I submitted an online appointment request form and still no response from anyone. Literally the worst medical office that I have ever dealt with. Horrible patient communication."

"I had a colonoscopy done in November of 2021. There was something found and I was sent a letter informing me that I needed to have another done in one year. I waited to hear from them and be scheduled this year. I didn't hear anything so I called to schedule the test myself and was told "sorry, we're book for the rest of the year".
