"I was having severe GERD and called to get an appointment. I left a message for a call back and never heard from anyone. After almost two weeks I submitted an online appointment request form and still no response from anyone. Literally the worst medical office that I have ever dealt with. Horrible patient communication. "

"I had a colonoscopy done in November of 2021. There was something found and I was sent a letter informing me that I needed to have another done in one year. I waited to hear from them and be scheduled this year. I didn't hear anything so I called to schedule the test myself and was told "sorry, we're book for the rest of the year". I have worried all year and still can't even get scheduled for the ..."
