"I had a 3- hr appt scheduled with Dr DeForno. When I arrived, I was told that he was not coming in and an associate would be taking care of me. He was pleasant but clearly recently out of dental school. My appt took 5 hrs and I was in pain for over a week afterward. Fortunately my dental assistant knew her way around my procedures so I assume my work was done properly. My husband recently had a toothache ..."
