"This is not the first time I have had an issue at Rhodes & Rhodes but never have I had an issue like I did yesterday. Two employees( Star Ryan & Tykeshia Davis) were very rude. Talking about patients while patients were in the lobby and too busy trying to prove that they were right that they over looked that I'm saying I have Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, they're saying I have Southland.
