"The visit was great excellent Doctors. The phone system is awful, I called 8 times in one day and hung up after over 15 minutes on hold. When I finally got an answer it was 29 1/2 minutes ON HOLD ! I maybe impatient patient but I have more things to do than spend over an hour listening to music. I finally got in the car and drove to the So County office from Warwick to talk to one of the receptionists. ..."
