"Dr. George J Ko / Retina Institute of Washington - fraudulent billing – duplicate charges and charges for service not performed. Promised to correct the bill, but then sent uncorrected bill to collection. I came for a diagnosis exam, and Doctor advised me to be treated asap, but I want a breakdown of my cost after insurance coverage first. My insurance was not contacted, and a few months later billed ..."
