"Dr. Pollard and the staff were professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I received a call to schedule the day after being referred and was seen the same day they called. The staff members answered all my questions and were very kind. Dr. Pollard provided excellent care and expertly explained everything in detail which put me more at ease."

"In Sept, I awoke to a torn retina and severely impaired vision. I called the Retina Center, explained what was going on and they said if left untreated could cause blindness in my right eye, and to come right in. Within an hour and a half of the call, Dr Waterhouse was repairing the torn retina. After a two week healing period, my eyesight was perfect again. The staff was helpful, caring, and ambitious ..."

"I am not understanding why there are any negative reviews of the Retna Center of Western Colorado. We were treated so well. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by a receptionist to the technician who did my husband’s tests. Dr. Waterhouse is very kind, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Could not ask for better care."

"In the 2 1/2 years I have recieved retina treatment for macular degeneration I have continued to be thrilled that my treatment is so warmly provided by staff and physicians, especially Dr. Pollard who continually provides me with genuine compassion.
