"Office staff was very nice. Dr Perez was dismissive. Her nurse was rude. Took 6 months to get medical records. Took 6 months to get PT referral that I had already gotten from my PCP. Took 7 months, 4 online requests and a phone call from my PCP and finally a visit to the Canton office to get a copy of my xrays. Comunication is terrible. Seeing someone else to get some help with my back."
