"Everything was fine— professional, friendly, and well organized. My only suggestion would be to clean with sanitizer the bowl that one spits into during cleaning after each patient’s appointment is completed."

"If I am being honest I would say that it is too difficult to get an appointment in a timely fashion. Takes months everytime. Also, $50 cancellation fee is bad form."

"Although my hygienist was warm and friendly, she applied much too much of the numbing agent to my gums, which left me with a numb tongue and horrible taste in my mouth. I realize she is new, so perhaps someone could show her how to be more sparing with it and still achieve the desired effect."

"The cleaning went well and my hygienist was great but I did have some issues with the visit outside of the chair. The biggest issue I had was that I was told that the fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance prior to getting it then told afterwards that it was not. And when I explained that I was told it would be covered, the receptionists gave a collective shrug and told me to pay up. I am ..."

"I was rushed and my hygienist refused to check my gums for progression of recession, which is one of my major concerns stating that the clinic does not bill for recession checks. Dr. Lo as always was pleasant, but that could not make up for the bad overall experience."

"I called 2 weeks ago trying to set up an appt - the receptionist/coordinator office needs to be fired and re-hired. I was told to provide records, to fill out multiple forms over the phone. They gave me an email address that bounced when I sent max-rays over. Dear doctors, you will loose a lot of business over unprofessional handling of your clients. The only reason I keep calling - my surgeon recommended ..."
