"My 79 year old mother is being billed on 1/31/23 for a missed appointment on 6/2/22. She is debilitated physically and cannot drive. The only time we have not taken her to appointments was if she was hospitalized and unaware of the appointment. She is on a fixed income and will not be able to pay this $20 bill."
