"My parent's appointment was with Dr. Huang and the practice changed it to Dr. Kennedy without informing us. Dr. Kennedy didn't even introduce himself or even went over the concerns why we were there? He literally spent 5 minutes and said all is fine. Expected more in thorough examination and some diagnosis of the problem from a "specialist". They allocate 30-45 minutes for a new patient and bill accordingly. ..."
