"Not good. Herd mentality Orthodontic office with multiple locations and nearly impossible to get an appointment even when an emergency calls. Goal is to get you in and out of braces as quickly as possible with little attention to detail. Dr. Ting is an unskilled orthodontist who becomes offended if you question his approach. He will then go into a tirade of complimenting himself and his shoddy own ..."

"Today we had our 2nd appointment. Our 1st appointment was last year. Both times we have loved our experience. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. Brian was amazing. So kind and caring. My daughter was very nervous going in and was very happy leaving. Also, they were very honest and told us she did not need a pallet expander like previously thought. Would highly recommend."
