"oooo ratings It has been a nightmare . this office has no idea of what they are doing . They never filed my claim with my insurance company ... I have called the many times , they never call back , went to the office at the campus to complain , I asked for the office manager , a woman comes out to talk with me , she tells she will take care of this , it was their fault . another month has passed ..."
