"The office, Matt, and staff, first rate! Their billing company? Unreachable, either they're 'closed for lunch, or one gets a recording saying they're busy. Received mystery email saying that I had an 'outstanding' balance. No other explanation as to why. Connected to the link in the email that would provided a statement. Provided account # name, got a pop up that a confirming email would be sent ..."

The MA on intake was professional, communicative, and a great first impression in the exam room. But then Dr Collins, DO, came in. No introduction as a new patient, no bedside manner whatsoever; couldn't get through my exam fast enough. ..."
