"I had a bad fall with a 20 foot ladder. It took me 4 to 6 days to get RMC. Instead of an ambulance and off to ER I elected to wait to get to RMC. I had to walk in with damaged feet. This place is well staffed, very professional. I am pleased with them. "

"David in billing was wonderful. I had been trying to receive a refund on a MRI that insurance paid for and I had paid for also. I even had included health working on my behalf. This went on for 6 months until David got involved and resolved the issue "

"Front office staff. Very upset by them this morning. I had an appt n the revieved a call n said I did not but I could walk in. I signed in to see the Dr by walk in. I also stated I needed a recheck on my labs. The order was in my chart. Got called back for labs 40 minutes later. Well I have been waiting n waiting since then. I ask the staff if I was on still on the list for the Dr. She told me oh, ..."
