"My experience being a new patient was absolutely not right, I got to my appointment a half hour early. Which was 12pm. I was called in the exam room at 12:30. After I got my exrays I was the going to another room for my cleaning. Then after my cleaning I was supposed to see the actual dentist. Just to find out all of the dentist left the building for lunch. I think the service I received was so unprofessional ..."
