"An armed guard in the waiting room???? The desk staff is rude and the wait times are long. When I call I wait on the phone for a minimum of 10 minutes before someone answers. If someone answers right away, they say "please hold" and am on hold for 10 or more minutes. I will never return to this clinic."

"Imagine making a sick appt for your child. Told to be there at 11 am. You show up and check in and wait. A few minutes before 12pm, you and your child are the only ones left in the waiting room and you get called to the front desk. You are told to come back between 1 and 3 pm because the staff has to go eat lunch. EXCUSE ME!!! I have a sick child who needs to see a doctor today, and you have to go ..."
