"A former dentist found decay under a crown on xray. Dr Quinttus would pry the crown up at dental visits with his instruments to observe it. This is ignorant and promotes further decay. He attempted to recrown the tooth. He fractured the tooth severely during the recrown procedure $$. Because of this, Dr Quinttus caused the tooth and jaw to abscess.
