"First of all, the titile of The Raby Institute is misleading. It isn’t at o Northwestern. It is affiliated with Northwestern which is a big difference. I recently became my mom’s power of attorney for health care. Every encounter with The Raby Institute has been exasperating. Plus when I call to complain they don’t want to hear the issues. My mom is leaving the practice!"
