"Dr. Heinrichs is now practicing in BG & Waterville offices. I took my 8 year old son in to have x-rays and to get an antibiotic since he had an abscess next to his tooth. Dr. Heinrichs insisted the tooth needed to come out immediately. I wanted to wait for the other Dr, since he is my son's regular dentist, but this Dr. would not allow us to wait, nor would he just prescribe him the antibiotic like ..."

"My appt. Was with Deb for a cleaning and as always it went well.... I met Dr.Kaiser who I liked as much as I was told I would. I loved Dr. Heinrichs he was a tough act to follow but she stepped right up to the plate and hit a homerun. All other staff are top notch also!"

"Met Dr Keiser for the first time today at my cleaning. Very impressed with how thorough and personable she is. I look forward to many years with her as my dentist. Of course, I still have the best dental hygienist in Debbie, she helps make the transition from Dr Heinrichs to Dr Keiser smooth!"

"I am very impressed the safety precautions they take at this dental office. They have you wait in your car until they come out and take your temperature then have you go into a side door instead of going thru the office and waiting room so you go right to the room the dentist sees you. You wash your hands and use mouthwash before you even sit down in the chair."
