"The providers are great and very thorough, however due to staff’s lack of checking and returning messages, I ended up in Urgent Care because I was prescribed the wrong medication for my issue. 5 calls to the clinic went to voicemail. 3 messages were left and none were returned. Very disappointing."

"Jennifer Blaylock is a great provider! She’s very polite, respectful and helpful. My husband has been her patient from last 8 years or so. Then I started seeing her from at least 5 years. She is very knowledgeable, so based on her knowledge she treats us. We’re very happy with her. We’d never want to change our provider. And the Melissa location convenient for us only about 10-15 minutes away from ..."

"Jenifer Branson at Questcare in Melissa is the best doctor I’ve ever had! I have been going to her for many years and recently had to find a new doctor because they no longer took my insurance. I was not happy with my new doctor so I called Mrs. Branson and made an appointment with her. I was willing to pay my out of pocket just to see her. She listened to my concerns and helped me with what I needed. ..."
