"Holly Reed is excellent and very knowledgeable. However, her receptionist is curt and rude at times. In an attempt to have medical records transfered to my Primary Care here in Texas, she was rude and when I tried to tell her I understand the HIPPA regulations and was in mid-sentence, she HUNG UP THE PHONE on the conversation. If you can get past that - you will be well cared for."
