"called to reshedule an appointment and told the girl i needed it for certain day of the week. Her reply was "call us if you need us" and hung up. My initial as was not much better. After being tested by a polite young man I was directed to the office to wait for doctor and after about 45 he finally cam in. Never looked at me but was typing things on the computer so with his back to me it was difficult ..."
