"Below standard customer service in front office. They do not return calls when they say they'll do - happened to me 2x in a span of 3-weeks. Most recent: last Tuesday they took my number and was suppose to call me back in 2-hrs with confirmation of my wife's insurance acceptance by their practice. Today is Friday past 12-noon - that 2-hrs haven't arrived yet - not a professional approach. "
