"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, Terrible patient service, rude and ghetto receptionists, they lose patient paperwork, forget to call and update, NOT good if you have conditions that need to be watched. If you can get past the horrible and rude receptionists Then after Drs appointment they will not call for follow ups and just DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS."

"I was referred to pulmonary medical associates for my doctor for help with my CPAP treatment. After 10+ phones calls and no responses, I finally called my primary back about the issue. They called the patient coordinator directly, who told them I was already scheduled for an appointment months from that time. PMA did not call to let me know they scheduled or even check I was available at that time. ..."

"So far I have left 2 messages over 2 weeks, never answered, and sat on the phone listening to a continuous loop. Why am I consigned to the trash can by this supposed doctor office? I have COPD and other serious lung issues and was seeing a doctor in this office. He retired. Now I cannot even get them to answer the phone. It's highly unprofessional."

"This is the worst medical facility I've ever dealt with. They don't answer the phones, don't call you back, they messed up two prescriptions and denied my insurance when they actually accepted it. It's not the doctors as much as it's the company. If you have a choice of pulmonary facilities avoid PMA. I would give them a minus 10."
