"Run from this place. Find somewhere else to go. They don’t answer the phones, won’t call you back, won’t leave a message, keep you on hold for hours. I need a copa due to a heart condition, I’ll die waiting on these unprofessional staff. They don’t care. Staff is rude, unprofessional and poorly trained."

"Working from Home all Billing Associates the phone number listed is never answered and after several attempts to call and leave a message a message was finally left, still awaiting a CB. This has nothing to do with COVID just a poorly, staffed and poorly, managed Medical Office. "

"Got a referral to see a doctor after seeing good reviews. Pawned off to someone else. Trying to get a A CPAP machine but they still haven't sent the referral for equipment. Called multiple times and no answer. If you leave a msg, they don't call back. So far its been two months and zero progress. Sad way to treat patients"

"Great place to die while waiting to see a doctor,after a ct scan, that they never scheduled for me after a month waiting .I get the test done then I was told the follow up would be no less than 3 months and five days,they got mad when I asked how many people die waiting for a follow up"
