"Sleep study room at Brandon location full of mold spores and has an overwhelming smell of moisture. Since they are performing medical testing I was hoping for medical quality sleeping quarters. Quite the opposite! The sheets and pillow protectors had stains, old building, and the worst was the bugs! When I pulled the sheets back there was a crawling bug. Upon closer examination there was a tiny bug ..."

"Good luck here. They never answer phone when calling to book or cxl appointments during or after business hours. You are forced to leave messages which they also never return. Last time I called, a few months ago, after about 4 messages left over a week I finally chose the extension for docs/hospitals calling in. A lady answered who when I told of my numerous calls in and no return calls made me out ..."

"This office really needs a lot of good help starting with the front office. First of all, they will never answer the phone when you call for an appointment. If you leave a message no matter how urgent it is, don’t expect a call anytime soon. Also it appears that the provider is overburdened and time restricted to do a proper exaltation."
