"Horrible front desk- just rude and unhelpful. Waited for 2 hours which is just ridiculous. Listen to these reviews and never come here. Updated to say: After leaving this review, they fired me as a patient. From this experience I can guarantee they do not care about people and are just in it for the money. There are 1.7 stars for a reason! Just ridiculous behavior which they should be ashamed of."

"The office staff at Psychiatry South are terrible. They are rude and completely disregard the needs of the patient. In addition, they charge you for every piece of paperwork they must complete on your behalf. The office manager is the worst person I’ve ever seen in any kind of healthcare role. She sets the rudeness and tone for her entire office staff. I would avoid this practice if at all possible. ..."

"Office is run by one admin that does not return patient phone calls or address concerns. Doctors seem knowledgeable and provide great care but admin greatly hinders that. There are very few positive reviews."

"Horrible Kristen the office manager is a narcissist. She not only lies to the patients but she also yells, and cusses out the patients. She thinks she is better than any and everyone. Even the front office staff openly lies and talks about the patients that go there, even worse they make fun of them."
