"This establishment is not concerned about patient's mental well being. They are only concerned about your co-pay and over charging you for their 5 min virtual office visit! They do not let you know of upcoming appointments nor do they send reminders but are quick to charge a no show when you have missed not realizing and then another co-pay for the next visit.
