"They do not communicate well with you. My psychiatrist does not respond to messages on the patient portal. The front desk people do not communicate with the psychiatrists. They put you on hold for 20 minutes when you call them, or they put you on hold and then hang up on you. And never call back when you leave a voicemail. "
