"Also had horrific experience w the company, not the physicians. They have been charging for services I did not receive and require I be seen every four months for a low dose prescription that has not changed in years. This is not ethical or medically necessary."

"Unethical group that has retaliated for voicing a valid concern by withholding valuable patient care. After many years seeing my beloved doctor, they told me I have 30 days to find a new one in retaliation for complaining about their $150 appointment cancellation fee, which they returned after I pointed out that I had cancelled within the necessary timeframe. This is extremely egregious considering ..."
