"This medical staff are idiots (nurse & office)! My husband had a urinary procedure done which resulted in a UTI. When contacting them they said to go to urgent care for a urine culture. Being that he was in pain and there was a 3 hr. wait at UC, we went directly back to the urology office, asking if they can order labs or do the test in their office. You'd think being urology and it was a result of ..."
