"Ive left this group and this is why. They messed up my appointments every time. Wait 4 months for an appointment and they tell me they had to cancel it. When I had an issue with this, and get angry about it and hang up, I get a call back that my behavior is not tolerated. I didn't cuss, I didnt yell.
