"Because of horrible customer service I tried for 1 month to get an appt. with a doctor who was recommended to me. After waiting 2 months for the appt. I get a call with a week to go that they don't want to see me because my primary doctor is in a different building. I had already discussed this with the many different representatives I spoke with during my month long journey to make an appointment. ..."

"Go anywhere else but here. What this place has put me through to get a couple of blood test orders sent to a lab out of town speaks to their administrative incompetence and horrible customer service. They wasted several hours of my time and did not take my requests or medical needs seriously."
