"I saw Gianna Rafetto, PA-C, on 9/16/2025 . She did a fantastic job removing a rubber tip from deep in my ear canal. She then offered to clean both my ears, which was no small task. She is very nice and Very very good at her job.."

"I am not at all happy with my experience at Providence ENT. Dr. Briskin ordered an MRI and never contacted me with the results (6 weeks later and I still haven't heard from him). I called and was told to finish my medication and to call back if there was no improvement. If they looked at my file, they would know that I finished the meds prior to my MRI. I went to my oncologist and he gave me a copy ..."
