"While ALL of the staff are extremely friendly & helpful, the Doctor has severe memory & comprehension issues. Despite clarifying my issues PERSONALLY to the doctor 3 different times what my issues were, each new encounter, is like speaking with him for the 1st time! Extremely bothersome and time-consuming!"

"PRONT MEDCARE CALL SERVICE is THE WORST I HAVE EVER encountered/experienced! I actually got in my car and drove to the office. The girls at the front desk were fabulous! They were very patient and extremely helpful. They didn't grow weary with all my questions. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. DR. "Call center was terrible, had them connect me with the office which they did. The girl who answered the phone in the office was nasty and the staff in the background wasn’t much better. After being spoken to like a school child I wouldn’t bring a hamster to this place. No bedside manner whatsoever, you would be an absolute fool to look for service her. Medical board needs to review this location."

"Doctor is really good but their answering service is not good. Today I called to speak to the office. They didn't even tried to transfer my call. And they were keep saying that office is busy and all. Like whole day."

"Call center is terrible and not helpful at all. I called today to make an appointment for a sick visit and was told he has nothing available until November (today is October 17th). When I asked about the availability, the call center said, "There are no appointments, he's booked. He's overbooked." So if you're sick/not feeling well/having some sort of issue, you can't get in to see your doctor. ..."
