"Called to schedule an appointment for my elderly mother in law. Was informed I couldn’t make her an appointment because I wasn’t on her paperwork. I didn’t ask for any personal information at all. I just was helping her schedule an appointment. Was told they couldn’t do that. I will take her to urgent care and find her a new providers office. It would of been one thing I’d I was asking for information ..."
