"This business appears to have a main focus of running as many tests as possible and then billing MED for all it can and then passing on the remainder to the patient. My 90+ year old father went to have a general exam and asked that the results be forwarded to his GP. After the first visit, Progressive Vision Institute scheduled a 2nd appointment to run more tests. There was little to no explanation ..."
