"Awful Primary Care office. They have inexperienced management running the office, also they bill patient's for whatever they feel like. I would never recommend this practice to no one. Dr. Zarek looks like she needs to fix herself up, she always look like she could use a comb and an iron."

"I have not had any issues with the office staff. I have found them to be courteous and pleasant. On the other hand, this practice is woefully short on MDs. My doctor left the practice last summer; to date, she has not been replaced. In the interim, a physician's assistant has been filling in."

"I have never had any problems with the staff or encountered rudeness in over 5 years. I find them to be efficient and helpful. Additionally, my doctor there takes as much time as I need to talk things over, never rushing me and listening carefully, Their new larger office space is very nice and now the staff is not crowded cheek by jowl."

"Ugh another encounters with the Office Manager Tamara, she is not capable handling the smallest thing ! she needs more training to become a better manager. I will be leaving the practice, due to rude staff, after hearing them along with the owner speaking ill of other patients that were present in the office. What a disgrace."

"This practice thinks their time is more valuable than your time. After moving my appointment once, I came into the office at the new time. They proceeded to tell me, I wasn’t on the schedule and made no effort to accommodate me or apologize for THEIR mistake. A disorganized, inefficient office!"
