"This is not a mental health facility. It's a baby-sitting service with "professionals" who are clearly not trained to handle the challenges of dealing with people desperate for empathetic care. The communication with us regarding our child was atrocious. They took a sweet kid with some anxiety issues and made him feel like a criminal. This place should be shut down immediately.
