"Dr. Alfay is very dismissive of symptoms and has terrible bedside manner. I left 2 appointments in tears. I came to him already knowing I most likely had POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.) he refused to send me for the test that would have confirmed it and told me I was fine. I finally saw a knowledgeable doctor at UCSD who sent me for the test and confirmed my POTS diagnosis. "
